SIMBA SC have come out of the danger of being banned by FIFA from registering new players in the saga of our former defender, Asante Kwasi, and have insisted that it is in the process of strengthening four key areas.

They have made it clear what they are thinking about in the new registration is to do well in the Premier League, FA Cup as well as international competitions for next season which is expected to start again in November this year.

The Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Salim Abdallah 'Try Again' said yesterday that the threat of the ban was lifted after we paid the Ghanaian left-back and new strategies have begun for the new international season after achieving the goals of this season to play the quarter-finals of the African Champions League.

Simba SC did well at home in a 3-0 win over Kaizer Chiefs in the quarter-finals but did not make it through due to poor performances away in the previous match where they lost 4-0 in South Africa.

Try Again said: "We are still thirsty to do well and get far beyond this point we have just reached, we are going to plan and improve our squad for this tournament," said Try Again and stressed that according to coach Didier Gomes' recommendations they will make changes. in a few places and come up with a better squad that will fight harder next season.

He said after failing to reach the semi-finals, they are aiming to win the Premier League as well as the Confederations Cup (ASFC) and that is possible with the type of squad they have and the goals they have set for themselves this season.

Chief Executive Officer, Barbara Gonzalez said Simba's goals in the international tournament are very high and they are still in the fight to do better.

"The mistakes we made in the away match against Kaizer, will not happen again and they will put in place the right plan for the next season to be strong," said Barbara, urging Simba fans to stay close to their team as they continue to make sustainable plans.

In the league Simba are the leaders with 61 points, with nine games left while in the ASFC Cup, they are in the quarter finals and will play on Wednesday against Dodoma City.
